Actually I did run 12 miles this weekend! It doesn't really knock your socks off like 21 miles though does it? All part of the training.

I just ate a huge chocolate chip muffin at coffe with a girlfriend this morning and wouldn't you know 5 or 6 of my neighbors came in and busted me! If someone else sees you eating cake, then you have to count it, right?
No, 12 does not knock your socks off like 20 does.... matter of fact, I really really really enjoyed the half IM's and half mary's I did this summer - I could SO easily be talked into doing those from now on! Even before you start thinking about wanting to quit, you can 'cause it's over!
