We moved on the 22nd. The house wasn't quite ready - but we moved our stuff in and stayed the nights with my parents. Then Sat we moved into the house. We are so excitted to finally be in. It has been quite a long journey. The house burned down Jan 27 of 2005. So to finally be moving in during the month of Novemeber is pretty excitting. It is not a normal building of a house when you are dealing with insurance, and an existing building. Although they gutted the house down to the studs, we still had some fun and excitting things that came up. One fun thing is they believe when the fire trucks came down the driveway, or the cement trucks to pour the new addition, they broke part of the sewer line- so we are now going to have that looked at this next week! The good news is it will all be covered it is just one more item to tack on the things that happen to the Young's list! I promise to post pics soon. It looks great!
Tina told us of an auction last Sat. we so scored we got a new bedframe and a leather chair for the bedroom, for a steal. So I will take pics of our new household items as it is always fun to get new furniture!

So.. Did you ever get to make french fries.... I had some last night in your honor (well they were tater tots, but part of the french fry family)! Love you guys.. and the house is beautiful... I still want your bed and the leather chair! See you soon.

Em, I am so excited for you guys! I am happy that you can have Christmas in your brand new home. Kurt has talked to Derrick and he says that things are going great. We are so happy for you guys! :) I can't wait to visit and see your new house! :)
