Team YBC last year at the Danskin Triathlon!

For those of you who may be interested - the 2007 Women's Danskin Triathlon Registration has now opened.

It opened sometime last night and there are already over 600 participants. It max out at somewhere around 4,000 - 4,500 it will probably be maxed out in a week. So if you want to race - c'mon you can do it! Go to www.danskin.com

34 years!

Yesterday was my 34th birthday. Derrick and I celebrated by ging out to Olive Garden, one of my favorite resteraunts. We then visited with one of my brothers. Then saw a movie. It was a great birthday. When we came home, John and Josie had helped to make a birthday cake with Grandma Mary. Josie was in bed, but John was so excited to show me what he had done! He went and dressed up in his new cowboy outfit, then sang me Happy Birthday. John even picked out a present for me - a heart ring that says mom on it. It brought me to tears on how thoughtful our little boy is. I couldn't ask for anything more on my birthday!
